Our proprietary, industry leading lead-free ceramic formulation allows for wide commercial uses. We have had successful implementations in downhole, aerospace, and defense, sensor, and nuclear applications.
About
Thin Insulation Thickness
All 3 products feature industry leading thin-insulation (up to 0.01 mm). This is advantageous especially in solenoid applications, where more turns can be wound for a stronger magnetic flux or a larger wire size can be used to reduce the current required and thus resistive heating, improving working life.
T-Axel Winding Services
Ceramic insulation is often difficult to work with due to its tendency to crack if not handled properly. Additionally, T-Axel can wind at smaller bending radii in-house. We also have a rigorous process to treat, wind, test, and pack your coils to ensure the final product will meet your requirements. As such, some customers will have T-Axel do their winding or will ask T-Axel to wind some samples as a benchmark for their own windings. Read more about this service

Which Product is Right For Me
Working Temperature and Lifetime
A wire's lifetime is variable on the working temperature (ambient + resistive heating) of the wire, ambient conditions (inert gas conditions, vacuum, air, vibrations, etc.), temperature cycling, and other factors.
The maximum working temperatures listed are an approximation, and may vary based on other factors. T-Axel may help you further understand product suitability.

Emphasis on Bending Performance
Ceramic is fundamentally brittle, and as such bending performance must be emphasized. The above listed values are suggestions for winding on the client side. T-Axel winding services allow for bending radii up to 6x wire diameter for high-temperature coils requiring the UHT ceramic-coated magnet wire.
Lower temperature winding may be successfully done by the client in-house with the flex-grade ceramic wire or the MPAHs Wire.
Owing to the variation in customer use cases, T-Axel Inc makes no warranties either express or implied as to the suitability of high-temperature magnet wire for a particular application or use. Buyer and use must determine the suitability for his intended use and assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. Each application must be judged for suitability and performance by the user. By purchasing the High-Temperature magnet wire, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
